The Transformation

Originally built by American Architect Henry DuPont, this Spanish eclectic house was in dire need of a renovation. Our client bought the home believing in restoring it while many others would have torn it down and built new. We supported and expanded her ideas into a true one-of-a-kind custom home. One that blends the past with the future, we respected the characteristics of the original home but with a refreshed style and modern conveniences.

The kitchen and bathrooms received a full renovation. A primary suite was added and we created an outdoor oasis with an in-ground pool.
