The Transformation

This project was a full gut renovation of a 4400 square foot top floor warehouse in Milwaukee’s fashionable Third Ward district. The design and layout was a collaboration between the designer and client. At one point the entire previous build-out was demolished down to the exterior walls. The end product is nothing short of amazing. Features and luxuries that would impress any high-end luxury home buyer.

The kitchen and baths were custom-made to fit their lifestyle of entertaining family and friends as well as an active downtown social life. The furniture layout and design complimented the artwork that the clients have collected over the years.
